How do I know which mountaineering boot size to choose?
We recommend sizing up by a half or full size from your standard street shoe to account for heavy wool socks and foot swelling at high altitudes. Please refer to our specific brand size guides for precise measurements.
What is your return policy on technical climbing gear?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing climbing equipment such as ropes, harnesses, or carabiners once they have left our warehouse. Apparel and boots can be returned within 30 days if they are in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping for overseas expeditions?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your gear and the destination.
